MODERN PHYSICAL EDUCATION :

The curriculum is structured with multi sports to teach Kids Foundamental Movement and Gross Motor Skills Progressively in a ‘FUN’ way. The age Progressive Training Module targets the Kids from KG to Grade 10.With over 5000+Fun activities using Props and music.Modern Physical Education is designed not only to Improve Fitness and Sports Abilities but also Help to Instill Healthy Life Style Habits among kids and assist in their Overall Development .

The Programme focus on Essential Skills like Locomotor -Non Locomotor Travelling Skills ,Body and Space Awareness ,Jumping and Landing,Transferring Weight ,Throwing and catching ,chasing and Fleeing ,Dodging,Kicking and Striking, Injury Prevention and Safety,Pathway’s and Directions ,Balancing ,Co-operative Learning and Rhythmic Dance.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE:

Maintaining a Balanced Diet and Regular Exercise is important for all individuals,Especially School-aged Children (6-12 years).These children are required to ensure optimal Intake of all Vitamins and Minerals .At the same time they may face new challenges regarding Food Choices and Habits Decisions about what to eat are partly determined by what is provided in school at home ,the influences from friends at school and the media especially television.While recent data suggest a stabilization of Obesity rates,Several public health concerns remain These include the most effective ways to promote Healthy Weights ,the number of children living in food insecurity, the Under -consumption of key Nutrients,and the early development of diet-related risks for chronic Diseases,such as Cardiovascular disease,Type -2 Diabetes ,Cancer,Obesity.
